WAGroup Terms of Service

By accessing the WAGroup website or installing or using the WAGroup Chrome extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. These terms apply to extension jlhddemmmdlgeleinckjpobkephfkncl.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you act for an organization or manage groups on its behalf, you must have authority to do so. Other products linked from the site, including Group Finder, are not described by the WAGroup-specific provisions here.

WAGroup provides a group-sending workflow in WhatsApp Web, including selecting groups, preparing content and supported attachments, controlling sends and reviewing task results. Available behavior depends on the extension, browser and WhatsApp Web capabilities.

Subject to these terms, you may use the extension for its intended purpose on accounts and groups you are authorized to use. WAGroup and its licensors retain rights to the software and website, subject to applicable open-source licenses.

You retain rights to your content and are responsible for having permission to use and send it. Using the extension does not grant us ownership of your messages or attachments. Do not copy, redistribute or exploit the software beyond permissions granted by applicable licenses or law.

Before sending, check the account, group selection, content and attachments. Obtain any consent or other lawful authorization required for the communication, comply with privacy and anti-spam laws, respect group rules and honor requests to stop messaging.

Do not use the service for spam, scams, harassment, impersonation, malware or unlawful content. Do not collect or disclose group-member information without authority. Being able to access a group does not by itself authorize every use of its members’ information.

Use mention-everyone functionality only in groups where you are allowed to do so. Availability and results depend on group permissions and WhatsApp capabilities. The feature does not grant administrator rights or bypass platform restrictions.

Review progress and uncertain results before retrying: retries can duplicate messages. Delivery reports do not guarantee that recipients read or received every item. Keep the browser and required WhatsApp session available for tasks to run; interruptions can pause or stop sending.

WAGroup is independent of WhatsApp, Meta and Google and is not endorsed or sponsored by them. You must follow the terms of WhatsApp, Chrome and any other service you use.

WhatsApp can change its software, restrict features or limit or suspend accounts. WAGroup cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility, message delivery or freedom from restrictions. Sending intervals and other controls do not guarantee that an account will avoid enforcement.

Our Privacy Policy explains extension-local processing, website analytics and support information. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s practices.

You are responsible for securing your device and session and keeping any records or exports you need. Clearing storage or uninstalling can remove drafts, settings and task history; deleting a local record does not delete messages already sent.

Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts or services, distribute malicious code or evade security protections. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with WAGroup or third-party platforms.

These terms do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including rights provided by applicable open-source licenses.

Features may change or become unavailable due to maintenance, product changes or third-party changes. We may restrict support or access to services we control when needed to address misuse, security or legal requirements.

You may stop using the service and uninstall the extension at any time. Where required, we will communicate material changes. These terms do not promise permanent storage, continuous availability or future feature support.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for every use. You are responsible for reviewing sending choices and complying with applicable obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, WAGroup is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms when the service or relevant requirements change and will publish the revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
