Step 02
Enter your message, or choose a saved text template. Save frequently used text as a template. You can add files and contact cards, and enable mention everyone when appropriate for the group. This applies only to the first message in each group.
Variables insert the sending account’s WhatsApp number, nickname and sending time—not the recipient’s details. Add up to 5 attachments: images, videos and audio up to 16 MiB each; documents up to 100 MiB each.

Step 03
Search by group name, tick individual groups, or select the search results. Clear the selection to start again, and refresh the list if a group is missing. Check the selected groups before you send.
For your first task, choose one suitable test group. Groups marked as unavailable cannot be selected as normal sending targets.
02 · Choose your groups

Keep the default 10–15 second interval or adjust it for your task. This interval applies between messages. A 3–5 minute break follows every 80 groups. Review your message and group selection, then choose Start sending.
You can close the extension popup during sending. Keep the WhatsApp Web tab open and connected until the task finishes.

Keep WhatsApp Web open.
Step 05
Open Results to see the total groups, sent, pending and failed counts, and expand individual records for details. Use Pause, Continue or Stop task as needed. Retry failed parts when available, and export the report to Excel.
For uncertain results, check the WhatsApp chat before deciding to resend. Only the most recent report is kept locally; export it before starting another task.

Check that WhatsApp Web is open, signed in and online. Wait for loading to finish, then refresh the connection in WAGroup. If needed, reload WhatsApp Web and reopen the extension.
Check the connected WhatsApp account, clear your search and refresh the group list. Verify that you can access the group in WhatsApp and have permission to send there.
Reconnect the same account and inspect the sending records. Continue manually when available. If a result needs review, check the chat first to avoid duplicate messages, then follow the record’s instructions.
